About the author: Dr. Danfulani received his doctoral degree from the University of Paris I Sorbonne. He has degrees in Management, Strategic Studies, International Law, and Diplomatic Relations. He served as Expert-Consultant for the Specialised Agencies of the United Nations, and as Adviser to many other international organizations. Author of several published articles, he is a member of the International Institute of Strategic Studies. He is presently Professor of Strategic Studies and Chairman/Director of the Centre for International and Strategic Studies in Abuja, Nigeria.
