About the author: Riché C. Zamor, Field Coordinator at The Access Project, Brandeis University, is a community activist and long-time organizer in the fight for immigrant rights. A leader in addressing the social and economic concerns of immigrants, he led the campaign for substance abuse prevention for Haitians in Massachusetts. Dr. Zamor received an MS in Public Affairs from the McCormack Institute, University of Massachusetts, Boston, and an MPH from Boston University.
