Meg Harris Williams studied English at Cambridge and Oxford universities. She has written books on Milton, Keats, and Emily Brontë, and numerous articles on literature and psychoanalysis. Her most recent book is A Trial of Faith: Hamlet in Analysis (Karnac, 1997).
