Dr. Robertiello is a Full Professor and Chair of the Department of Criminal Justice at Felician College. She received a B.S. in Administration of Justice from Rutgers University, and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University, School of Criminal Justice. Her areas of expertise are domestic violence and police behavior.
2004 0-7734-6256-2 This work explores the perceptions of police power by citizens and by the police officers themselves. This work is based on an extensive survey by the author. It adds to the much needed body of knowledge on the police and the public. In addition, there are recommendations on how to improve current relations.
