About Suda Ishida

Dr. Suda Ishida is Assistant Professor of Media Studies in the Department of Theatre Arts and Communication Studies at Hamline University, where she also directs the Certificate in International Journalism Program. She earned her Ph.D. from the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Iowa. Dr. Ishida’s research focuses on mass media in Thailand, globalization and social movements.
