About Kylie Hsu
About the author: Dr. Kylie Hsu is a professor in the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures at California State University, Los Angeles. Her research expertise is in the fields of Chinese Studies and Linguistics. Her works include A Discourse Analysis of Temporal Markers in Written and Spoken Mandarin Chinese (Mellen, 1998). She is recognized in Who’s Who in the World and Contemporary Authors for outstanding scholarship, leadership, and teaching.
